涂色助成人缓解焦虑

  涂色浪费时间?新西兰奥塔戈大学的一项研究显示,每天玩玩涂色有助缓解焦虑和抑郁症状,放缓生活节奏,享受当下。

  研究人员招募了115名18岁至36岁的女性志愿者,把她们随机分成两组。在一周时间里,一组志愿者每天涂色,另一组作为对照组,每天做数独、填字游戏等。在一周的头尾两天,研究人员借助问卷评估志愿者的抑郁症状、压力水平、焦虑程度、正向性等。结果显示,“涂色组”在涂色一周后,抑郁症状和焦虑程度显著降低,但对照组并没有降低。不过,两组志愿者的正向性均有所提高。

  研究论文刊载于最新一期《创造力研究杂志》。论文主要作者杰德·弗莱特表示,还需要做深入研究,才能了解“涂色组”不健康状态得到缓解的作用机制。
