  原料:硬豆腐两块、洋葱半颗、胡萝卜半根、葱一棵、老抽30毫升、生抽15毫升、水50毫升、油适量。

  做法:1. 洋葱和胡萝卜切丝,豆腐切块,葱切成粒。2. 下豆腐,把两面煎至金黄色后盛起备用。3. 洋葱炒到半透明,再加胡萝卜炒至软身。3. 放入煎香的豆腐,加入老抽、生抽和水,略加拌炒,然后焗3分钟。4. 加入葱花翻炒一下即成。
