  炎热夏天,出汗多,易损失津液,吃点酸味食品,既生津解渴,又健胃消食。持续高温下,及时补充水分很重要。南方夏季天气,湿疹常见在头面、手脚等处。治疗则以健脾、疏肝、利水、理气、渗湿为主。平日少喝酒,少吃辛辣、油炸、过敏性等食物,饮食宜清淡。夏天吃三瓜:西瓜、丝瓜、苦瓜,可清热去火,减轻湿疹症状。

  夏季养生多吃三种瓜

  “丝瓜草菇鲮鱼球汤”属祛湿清热凉血的汤品。

  用料:丝瓜一斤,草菇四两,鲮鱼肉半斤,葱、生姜少许。

  丝瓜削皮,切角块。草菇去蒂洗凈,开边。鲮鱼取肉、刴烂,制成球状。汤锅中的清水煮沸后,放入材料、少许生油,大火滚至熟,调味供用。

  丝瓜甘凉,清热利肠,凉血解毒。草菇甘寒,消暑清热。鲮鱼甘平、微温,健筋骨,活血行气,逐水利湿。生姜辛温,去湿利水,健胃进食,去腥味。
