  “清明时节雨纷纷”,4月4日迎来清明节气,此时人体肝气正旺,且容易感受湿邪,故养生需注意祛除风湿邪气、补精益气。此时节饮食要减甘增辛,利用食物的辛散性质祛除湿邪。古人认为,清明吃枸杞叶最有益,“春天采其叶,名为天精草”,是药食两用佳品。

  枸杞叶又叫甜菜、枸杞尖、天精草,味甘、苦,性凉,入肝、脾、肾经,具有补虚益精、清热止渴、祛风明目的功效。《药性论》认为其“能补益精诸不足”;《本草纲目》记载枸杞叶可“除烦益志,补五劳七伤,壮心气,去皮肤骨节间风,消热毒,散疮肿”。单用枸杞叶煎水代茶饮,有除烦止渴、祛风明目之效,也可配合其他食材,做成药膳。下面推荐一款食疗方,供大家参考。

  枸杞叶白扁豆汤。原料:枸杞叶50克,白扁豆30克,葱白2根,猪肾1只,猪瘦肉50克。做法:1.白扁豆提前用温水泡软。2.炒锅烧热,放适量油,加入瘦肉片、猪肾片,翻炒片刻,加适量水,放入鲜枸杞叶和白扁豆、葱白,大火煮开后转小火煮20分钟,加盐调味即成。功效:健脾祛湿、补肾益精,尤其适用于清明前后容易出现的疲乏、眩晕、腰酸、白带偏多等症状。
