  青头鸭又称花头鸭,它的肉质没有泥膻味,味道较清淡,《本草纲目》中有记载:鸭肉有清热、排毒、滋阴、增强人体免疫力、补肺、润燥、养颜的作用,很适合秋冬气候干燥时食用。

  今天我给大家推荐的这款食疗就是由青鸭为主材制作的——青鸭羹。

  制作方法非常简单,取青头鸭1只,草果3粒,赤小豆150克备用。

  先将上述材料清洗干净,再将草果及赤小豆填入青头鸭的腹部,加入水慢火清炖,炖至鸭肉熟透即可。食用时可以把鸭肉斩件蘸酱油食用。

  在这款食疗中,赤小豆性平味甘酸,具有利水除湿的功效,草果性温味辛,具有燥湿除寒的功效,并且能够调和鸭肉的寒性,对于水气水肿疾病有较好的疗效,一般人群也可以当作利尿除湿排毒之食膳食用。
