  百合。秋冬气候干燥,人们常觉得皮肤干、口渴,甚至出现肺燥咳嗽。百合味甘微寒,入心、肺经,具有润肺止咳、清心安神的功效。推荐大家常喝百合粥,具体做法是:将糯米洗净,与百合一起加水煮熟即可,或与莲子和红枣熬成莲子百合羹。

  红薯。正大量上市的红薯,是典型的高钾低钠食物,其膳食纤维含量很高,有助肠道健康,预防便秘。它还能养胃、暖胃,非常适合秋冬食用。有些人直接吃红薯会腹胀,可与小米或糯米一起煮粥喝,有助缓解不适。

  菊花。它有散风热、清肝火、明目等功效,对秋冬风热型感冒、心烦咽燥等有较好的疗效,对心血管疾病也有较好的防治作用。用菊花熬粥时,可先将其用少量水煎成汤,再同大米煮成粥。

  南瓜。南瓜是健胃消食的高手,秋冬吃南瓜对养护脾胃很有好处,其所含的果胶可以保护胃肠道黏膜免受粗糙食物的刺激,适合患有胃病的人食用。将南瓜切成小块,和小米或大米一起加水熬粥即可。
