  今日霜降,是秋季最后一个节气,意味着冬天即将来临。明天开始,大家又将迎来气温“跌宕起伏”的一周。

  今晨,灿烂的秋阳唤醒沉睡的京城,大气透明度很棒,适宜大家外出观赏“霜叶红于二月花”。市气象台预报,今天白天天气以晴间多云为主,北转南风二三级。平原地区今天白天最高气温在15℃左右,夜间最低气温将在5℃左右。据市气象台专家预计,下周气温波动较大,周中期气温略有回升,周后期又有冷空气南下。因此,下周白天气温将在12℃至17℃上下浮动,夜间气温将在3℃至10℃左右。 J245

  重保暖防咳嗽

  霜降之后天转冷,养生要注意局部保暖,否则极易引起胃病、心脑血管病及“老寒腿”的复发或加重。秋季也是呼吸系统疾病高发时节,有慢性支气管炎及哮喘病史的患者要注意预防咳嗽哮喘发作。

  栗子是霜降时节的进补佳品,有补脾益气,强筋补肾的功效,但腹胀及消化不良者要少吃。平时可以吃些梨、藕、莲子、核桃、芝麻等润燥的食物,以防秋燥太过,损伤人体。
