  10月8日迎来“寒露”后,白天依然暖热,早晚凉快,气候干燥。在这个节气,安排合理饮食来增强人体的抗病能力也是至关重要的。大家知道该多补充哪些食物吗?

  记者:进入“寒露”,需警惕哪些慢性病呢?

  钟鉴芬:需预防呼吸系统疾病,如感冒、慢性支气管炎或哮喘复发、症状加重,对体质虚弱者或小孩需防范呼吸道感染;对中老年人来说,尤应警惕心脑血管疾病,如中风、心绞痛和心肌梗塞。

  记者:从中医角度上说,“寒露”养生重点是什么?可多吃哪些食材?

  钟鉴芬:中医认为“肺为娇脏”,因此要在寒露时节好好呵护肺脏;又因干燥,令口、唇、舌、咽不适,需以滋养阴液的方法来调理,所以在此节令“滋阴润肺”是中医养生的核心。常用的食物有梨、雪耳、百合、甜杏仁(南杏)、白萝卜、莲藕和马蹄,药食兼用的有麦冬、天冬、北沙参、玉竹和石斛等。
