  天气寒冷,很多女性朋友手脚冰凉的毛病又犯了。本期,给大家推荐一款由红豆、红糖和红枣一起煮成的三红暖身汤。

  手脚发凉喝三红汤

  红豆性平,有健脾利水、清热除湿、消肿解毒的功效。女性尤其适合吃红豆,因为其富含铁质,有补血的作用。红糖性温入脾,具有益气补血、健脾暖 胃、缓中止痛、活血化淤的作用。红枣富含钙和铁,是补铁补血的不错选择。这三类食物相互配合,能增加铁的摄入,提高身体耐寒能力。

  具体做法是,红豆250克,红枣15~20枚,红糖适量。把红豆洗净,挑出杂质,浸泡两小时。红枣洗净,去核。锅中放入红枣、红豆,加入600 毫升左右水,倒入红糖。大火煮开,保持沸腾状态约半分钟左右,香味散出开小火。焖到红豆熟烂,就可以喝了。 需要提醒的是,三红汤含糖量较高,不适合有糖尿病的女性朋友喝,腹胀、体质燥热的人也不适合。
