少吃海鲜防过敏 多吃山药补肺肾

   白露节气是全年昼夜温差最大的一个节气,做好日常的预防保健非常重要。饮食上要少吃海鲜,多吃山药。起居要注意早睡早起。

   南京市中西医结合医院肺病科李芳主任医师介绍说,白露节气,气管炎和哮喘等疾病容易复发,特别是对于那些体质容易过敏的市民而言更要注意,在饮食上尽量少吃海鲜。吃海鲜易引起疾病,海鲜中含有过量组织胺会造成人身体不适,少数人因天生缺少分解组织胺的酵素,吃了现捞的新鲜鱼或海鲜,就会引起过敏,甚至诱发哮喘。此外,海鲜大都性凉,白露时节温度又较低,不适宜多吃,以免脾胃受凉,诱发胃溃疡。

   白露时节的适宜膳食有莲子百合粥、银杏鸡丁、山药等,这些饮食有清肺润燥、止咳平喘、补养气血、健脾补肾的功效。(通讯员 杨璞 记者 于丹丹)
